Jason was a joy to work with from start to finish. He came out to our home to make sure his estimate would be accurate, explained what work needed to be done to achieve our goal of a wire free environment for our plasma TV and even advised us to trade our outdated cable box in for a better one with our cable company. The day of the installation he arrived early did exactly what we asked for and explained how everything worked. He took his time to make sure we understood our new all-in-one remote. Our living room looks great due to his work.
Jason came to our home, listened closely to what we were looking to do with a home theatre system. He told me clearly what he recommended, and why. He even talked me out of a couple of speakers, advising me that where they would be in the room and where we sit to listen to it, would be a waste of money, as we really would not be able to hear them, or add anything great to the setup.
It went very well. Jason is an experienced young family man who is building a business in all of the right ways. I contacted him and he visited my house when he said he would. Then, he emailed me an estimate when he said he would. The estimate was detailed, reasonable and competitive. Then, we scheduled a date for the service. He showed up on time and prepared. He did the work neatly, professionally and diligently, including not only the visible part of the work but the work under the house and inside the attic spaces. Everything he did worked perfectly the first time. Jason cleared cares about the quality of his work and about his customers and their homes and property. Finally, he charged me what he said he'd charge me. I wish I had more work for him because I'd like to work with him again.
It was such an easy process. Much easier than us pricing units and reviewing their specs. Jason came out to our home and we told him what we wanted. He didn't try and up sell us on anything. He made logical suggestions and was a wealth of information. That afternoon, we had his fully itemized quote. I checked his components prices on line and he was comparable to all the big stores. In fact, his price for the Denon was $25 cheaper than one major electronics store's price.
After interviewing about 8 home theater specialists, I hired Jason. He was the only one who did not try and sell me things I did not need nor did he try and up sell me either on equipment - just gave me the info on each to make an educated decision. His responsiveness was great and his work ethic was flawless. He is very knowledgeable about his business (After seeing 8 reps and reading countless reviews, one tends to get the feeling for who is knowledgeable and straight forward and who isn't). He set up my system in an afternoon and then took the time to go through the whole process from start to finish on how to work the system. I had some questions about a week later and he came back over for a courtesy call. The whole process from interview to final review of the equipment he installed was an absolute pleasure. There are still some honest people who perform quality workmanship. Jason is one of them. Hire him.
